“The Pallof Press is an anti-rotation exercise that aids in strengthening and stabilizing your core. It is a perfect move for athletes expected to turn and pivot at game speed. Building the core avoids lumbar injury by strengthening the rectus abdominals and obliques and the inner transverse abdominal muscle.
This is one of my favorite exercises because it can be modified and advanced in so many ways (half-kneel, walking out, weighted, perturbation, etc.)!”
