“The Pallof Press is an anti-rotation exercise that aids in strengthening and stabilizing your core. It is an especially good move for athletes that are expected to turn and pivot at game-speed. Building the core avoids lumbar injury by strengthening the rectus abdominals and obliques, as well as the inner transverse abdominal muscle.
The Pallof Press is one of my favorite exercises because it can be modified and advanced in so many ways (half-kneel, walking out, weighted, perturbation, etc)!”
